1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using the website of Coyote Dumpster Rental LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Coyote Dumpster Rental LLC provides residential and commercial services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Residential Dumpster Rental
Commercial Dumpster Rental
Construction Debris Removal
Yard Waste Removal
Roll-Off Dumpster Delivery and Pickup

We reserve the right to decline any job at our sole discretion, including jobs that present safety hazards or involve prohibited items.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the estimated volume and type of work or items involved. Quotes provided by phone or online are estimates only. A firm, binding price will be confirmed on-site or in writing before any work begins. You are not obligated to proceed after receiving a firm quote.

If additional items or scope are added after a quote has been accepted, pricing is subject to adjustment. We will notify you of any price change before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and e-transfer. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees. For commercial accounts, payment terms are established at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the items or work required at the time of booking.
Ensure that items you wish removed are legally owned by you or that you have the authority to dispose of them.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service site for our crew and vehicle.
Be present or designate a representative at the time of service, or provide explicit authorization for our crew to proceed without you.
Not include any prohibited items (see Section 6) in items to be removed.

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to remove the following items:

Hazardous materials including paint, solvents, chemicals, and pesticides.
Asbestos-containing materials.
Oil, fuel, or other flammable liquids.
Medical or biohazardous waste.
Propane tanks and other pressurized containers.
Any item that is illegal to transport or dispose of under applicable law.

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to refuse removal of those specific items. Additional fees may apply if prohibited items were misrepresented at booking.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may be charged a trip fee.

8. Damage & Liability

Our crew takes reasonable care when performing services on your property. We are fully insured; however, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property, structures, walls, floors, or driveways.
Damage caused by items that were unstable, improperly stored, or in poor condition prior to service.
Any item inadvertently removed that was not intended for removal — you are responsible for identifying and separating items to keep before our crew arrives.

Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

9. Donation & Recycling

We make reasonable efforts to donate usable items to local charities and recycle appropriate materials. However, we do not guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled, as this depends on the item's condition and the availability of accepting organizations at the time of disposal.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Coyote Dumpster Rental LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coyote Dumpster Rental LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NM, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
